Overnight Oats Recipe
Kudos to the many Hilts DPC patients who are putting in the hard work of making diet and lifestyle changes to improve your health! Here is another healthy, quick breakfast to enjoy: overnight oats! Full of grass-fed beef protein (@ultimatepaleoprotein), soluble fiber, and healthy omega-3s, this is a favorite of Dr. Hilts's because he can make them up on Sunday evening and then grab one out of the fridge on his way to work. What is you favorite healthy breakfast?
Mike's Tasty Overnight Oats
3/4 C Coconut Milk
1/2 C Oats
3 Scoops Chocolate Ultimate Paleo Protein Powder
2 Scoops Ultimate Paleo Collagen Peptides
1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Sunbutter
Mix well, store in refrigerator overnight or up to five nights.
Tip: Make multiple jars at once to save time during the week. Also, a funnel is helpful when adding ingredients to the mason jar.

** Our 15 year old daughter also loves these for breakfast, but we cut the amount of protein powder and collagen powder in half to make sure the protein amount is appropriate for her.
